I watched this a couple of months ago on my iPad and thought it was great. I had to restore it and reinstall TED. I forgot this guy’s name and was trying to find it last night.
This guy knows how to keep the audience’s attention and the content was great. Thanks for re-finding this for me!

And, I definitely agree with his premises. One being: “The absence of disease is not health.”
My addition/revision to that: “The absence of war does not necessarily mean there is peace.”
